Alfred wore a hat to cover up a large scar on his head so he was not impressed by it. Alfred overcame his insecurities from his scar and is doing some great things! In this episode I interview Clay Smeltzer. Clay started out his career working towards becoming a professional baseball player. In college Clay was a star, however he broke his thumb playing catcher. Instead of allowing his thumb to heal, Clay played 60 games with his injury. Ultimately this lead to Clay ruining his chances at ever becoming a professional player. Clay is glad it happened the way it did because he was able to find his true passion, helping Men. I really enjoyed the conversation and I hope you will too!

In this episode I interview Seth Clark. Seth had a tragic motor vehicle accident when he was 16. Seth went into a downward spiral after the accident. Seth got addicted to pain medication and gained a significant amount of weight. Seth weighed upwards of 400lbs . Seth woke up one day and decide enough was enough. Day by day he got off his pain medications and began to loose weight. Seth is now 200lbs lighter and continues to improve everyday. Seth is now seeking to help other people get through their pain medication addictions and is starting his own podcast. You can find him on facebook and IG @livingwithpainwell.
